We know, we know! Time has flown by and we really haven't made a lot of announcements. What can we say, the second baby is entirely different from the first. We kept wanting to sit down and write up the drafts, but a little bundle of joy kept interrupting us with her funny statements, dancing, giggling, and so on. We just don't know where the time goes. However, we are here now and we do have news.
First, I must say, the mom is feeling much better (morning sickness is down) and the energy has been renewed (boy that seems familiar). The heartbeat sounds great, after the doctor finds it. Seems this baby is great at hide and seek and it takes a while before he/she is found. That ought to be very interesting once he/she comes home.
I am sure everyone is excited to know what the sex of the baby is, but you are just going to have to wait (well, honestly, we have to wait too, so don't be too bummed). November 29th is the day (yeah! my birthday, what a gift!). Hopefully the baby cooperates and that will truly make a great gift. You can definitely expect an e-mail/post on that day, but beware, I plan to be much more cunning on how I announce the sex this year than I was last year (yes, I have been planning it, did you think all of these were written on the whim?).
So with that we bid you all well and wish us luck as our lives begin to change with yet another of God's creations.
